• h. 10:30 – Grand Final featuring the winners from all three categories, followed by the Awards Ceremony.

The competition launches this year at the Milan Conservatory – where Mozzati studied and educated generations of pianists – on Edda Ponti’s initiative to celebrate the illustrious concert pianist and teacher. The Primavera di Baggio Association, under the artistic direction of Davide Cabassi and Luca Schieppati, is therefore announcing the first edition of the contest, with the support of the Conservatory, which is hosting the auditions.
The competition will take place from 13th to 15th December at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory of Milan (Milan, via Conservatorio 12, Italy).
All the auditions will be audio and video recorded by 2R Studio.
• Age categories and program
The Competition is articulated in 3 categories divided by age:
Children (born in 2014 or later)
Free program with a duration of min. 5, max. 10 minutes.
Kids (born from 2010 to 2013)
Free program with a duration of min. 10, max. 15 minutes.
Young Artists (born from 2004 to 2009)
Two rounds: one preliminary and one final. Candidates will present a free concert program with a duration of min. 40, max. 50 minutes. During the preliminary round (min. 10, max. 15 minutes) candidates will play pieces of their choice from the submitted program. In the final round candidates will play the rest of their program, up to 40 minutes.
